When it came to sell our house, my husband and I considered doing a ForSale by Owner or using one of the Realtors we knew that would give us a discounted fee. We determined that the risk of the house staying on th market too long, making extra mortgage payments or possibly even getting lower offers, was not in our best interest. We decided that we wanted a Seasoned Professional that knew the East Valley and that would get the job done fast.
